Root Industries offers free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $100.

For orders under $100 we have a flat-rate delivery fee of $15 for standard shipping.

To New Zealand
All orders to New Zealand have a flat-rate delivery fee of $30AUD.

All orders are despatched from our Brisbane (QLD) warehouse using Australia Post eParcel service. We aim to dispatch all orders the next business day after you place your order.

Standard delivery takes approximately 2 to 8 business days across most of metro Australia. Some regional areas may incur longer delivery times.

Most deliveries to New Zealand take between 4 and 12 business days. Due to customs clearance timeframes, however, some orders may incur a longer delivery time then expected.

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post and are fully trackable.

You will receive a tracking number directly from our system as well as via Australia Post if your email is registered.
