Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane (QLD) warehouse using Australia Post eParcel service and we aim to dispatch all orders the next business day after you place your order. 

Shipping within Australia
Root Industries offers free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $100.
For orders under $100, we have a flat-rate delivery fee of $15 for standard shipping.

Standard delivery takes approximately 2 to 8 business days across most of metro Australia. Some regional areas may incur longer delivery times.

Shipping to New Zealand
All orders to New Zealand have a flat-rate delivery fee of $30AUD.

Most deliveries to New Zealand take between 4 and 12 business days. Due to customs clearance timeframes, however, some orders may incur a longer delivery time than expected.

Orders under $1000NZD should not incur any customs fees or charges.

Shipping to Other Destinations
This website is currently only able to sell to customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Please visit our USA or UK websites for direct purchasing in these regions.

Root Industries is also available through your favourite retail stockists across the world including North America, United Kingdom and Europe.

Issues with Delivery
If you have any issues with delivery of your order please contact us directly so that we can investigate with Australia Post and resolve the issue.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us directly so that we can resolve the issue.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns on unused products up to 30 days after receipt. If you wish to return a product you have purchased from us, for whatever reason, please read our returns policy and complete the returns form.
